The Support Desk is an IT support provider, who approached us to help evolve their brand and visual communications to promote future growth. With many IT providers falling into the same visual language across the country, it was hard for The Support Desk to set themselves apart. Through a brand discovery phase we identified key areas that we could elevate within their customer experience, along with a fresh direction to take the brand. We developed a bold new identity, avoiding the expected cliches of computers and tech icons to convey their offering. Brand touch points including welcome packs and sales tools were developed to support their new brand narrative, and a simple yet dynamic website drives their online presence. The result is slick new identity that has cohesively fuelled their business for national growth.
